Everyone says use AI.
Nobody shows you where.
Custom AI tools for trades and construction that do the work you'd otherwise have to hire for: drawing takeoffs, priced quotes, client reports, change-order tracking. Designed with you. Live in a month. Owned outright.
You've seen what AI can do.
Now put it to work
across the business.
You've messed around with ChatGPT. It wrote a decent follow-up email, summarized a spec section, maybe cleaned up a proposal. Good enough to make you wonder what it could do with the real work: the quoting, the closeouts, the reporting.
Getting there takes more than a chat window. It takes tools built for your actual jobs, and a system underneath them: one place that holds what the AI needs to know about your business, so nobody starts from scratch every time.
That's what I build. The tools, and the system behind them, set up inside your business.
Examples of custom tools
built for trades.
Built for GTA firms. Flip through each one: the problem, the fix, and what came back.
Someone opens a 40-sheet drawing set and builds the estimate from a blank page: pulling quantities, splitting scope, pricing every line. Days of the slowest, most expensive work in the office, and only one or two people can do it well.
A tool that reads your set or spec package and returns a first-pass priced budget: scope split the way you bid, quantities pulled, priced from your own rate card, in your format. The same output every time, no matter who's at the desk.
- 01Reads the drawing set and spec package
- 02Splits the scope the way you bid
- 03Pulls quantities and prices from your card
- 04Drafts the quote in your format

playing with AI.
Only a few are winning with it.
- –AI writes the change-order email.
- –AI summarizes the spec section.
- –AI cleans up the proposal.
- AI catches every change order, so it actually gets billed.
- AI reads the whole spec and flags what you missed before the bid goes out.
- AI builds the priced budget straight off the drawings.
Writing email replies with AI isn't a strategy. Winning more jobs is.
AI tools built around
how you work.
Not the other way around. I start from how you actually quote, submit, and close out, and build the tool to fit.
- 01 /
Not Procore.
Bundled platforms come with everybody's features except the one you need, and the price creeps every year. You use about a third of it and pay for all of it. I build the one tool you actually need, and it plugs into the platform you already run.
- 02 /
Not another software vendor.
Every other call you get is someone with a product they need you to buy. I don't have one to push. I'm independent: I start from your biggest bottleneck, work out what's actually eating the week, and build the tool around that. The recommendation is whatever fits your business.

An AI build partner on your team.
Designed with you, for how you actually quote, submit, and close out. Live in a month. Owned outright: you keep the code and run it on your own AI account. And when you want more, I keep building.
Three deliverables:
the tools, the systems, and
a team that can run them.
Custom tools for your most expensive bottlenecks.
Takeoffs and quoting. Submittals and closeouts. Reporting. Change orders. Wherever the slow work lives, that's where I start. Your first tool is live inside the first month.
Your company's context, installed.
A knowledge base that holds what the AI needs to know about your business, and ready-built skills for the jobs you do every week. Nobody re-explains the company every morning, and what one person figures out, the whole team keeps.
Hands-on sessions with the people doing the work.
Your estimator, your PM, your office manager. In your real tools, on your real jobs, not a slideshow. By the end, your team runs this stuff themselves. Better at AI, not dependent on me.
Meet Bennett.
Fifteen years running go-to-market at B2B startups, two of them through exits. The whole way, I was building the tools my own teams needed. Now I build them for other businesses.
I'm independent, based in Pickering, working with contractors across the GTA. When we talk, you're talking to the person who scopes the work, builds the tools, and shows up to train your team.

Questions
you're probably
asking.
No. 01Who owns the tools that get built?
You do. Code, prompts, documentation, credentials, all handed over as each tool ships. It runs in your stack, on your own AI account. I don't host it and I don't gate access.
No. 02Will this replace my estimators?
No. It hands them a tool so they run more bids, not fewer. It kills the multi-day estimating grind, not the estimator.
No. 03What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything: the tools, the systems, and a team that's better at AI than when I arrived. No license that expires, no wind-down fee.
No. 04Our team isn't technical. Can we run this?
Yes. The tool lives in the tools your team already uses: your email, your CRM, your project software. You don't run a server and you don't write code. I deliver it set up and ready, and I train your people on it.
No. 05What if I want changes later?
The code is yours, so your IT person or a freelancer can build on it. Or keep me on the team and I handle it, along with the next build.
No. 06How is this different from ServiceTitan or Procore?
Those are bundled platforms you rent forever and use about a third of. I don't compete with them. I build the one tool they don't have, and it plugs into whatever you already run.
No. 07What does the free prototype include?
You bring the task your team dreads, with a few real examples, to a 30-minute call. I come back with a working proof of concept. Where a prototype doesn't fit, you get a plan and roadmap you keep either way.
Let's get
started.
AI is moving faster than most businesses can put it to work. The ones pulling ahead aren't smarter. They started.
Think about the task your team dreads most. The report nobody wants to build. The paperwork that eats every Friday. Bring it to me and I'll prototype it free. You'll see it working before you spend a dollar.
